This piece was created for exhibition at the 2017 Tiki Oasis Art Show in San Diego, California.  The painting was inspired by the world famous Bali Hai restaurant which hosts the first event of Tiki Oasis — a meet and greet mixer.  The painting featured my signature color pallet on a person enjoying a cocktail served in Mr. Bali Hai signature Tiki mug.  The work does not feature a particular individual, so that anyone can imagine themselves in the scene.
